A Wealth of Experience

Chris joined Baird in 2016 and brings over 22 years of industry experience to his clients. Starting his career in 2000 he got a firsthand look at challenging markets which drives his approach to investing philosophy. Chris received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional with expertise in investments and retirement planning in 2008. As a financial advisor, he takes a very proactive approach to helping his clients meet their goals by providing a high level, one-on-one experience. Prior to Baird, Chris worked as both a financial advisor and branch manager for Wells Fargo where he oversaw 30+ financial advisors and managed over $2 billion in assets. Chris attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Chris has spent the past two and a half decades living in Palm Beach County. He currently resides in Jupiter with his wife, Diana, and their three sons, Jake, Alex and Brock. In their free time Chris and his family enjoy spending weekends at their lake house in Lake Placid. Chris enjoys adventurous activities like riding his mountain bike, training in Brazilian Jujitsu, and Wake Surfing behind his boat.

From a young age, Jake has had a strong desire to serve others. Whether it was knocking on doors in his neighborhood to offer lawn care and car washing services or later providing educational products to families as a college student, he has always sought opportunities to connect with people, ask meaningful questions, and discuss important life decisions.

After earning a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida in 2018, Jake began his career as a technology consultant in South Florida. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he took a leap of faith and joined a startup P&C insurance brokerage in Nashville, TN, eager to get back in front of families and assist them on their financial journeys. After four years of growing his risk management practice, he and his wife felt called to return to Florida as they envisioned starting their family.

As the oldest son of the Clinton family, Jake had the privilege of knowing Jeff Cohen as both a mentor and Chris’s business partner. While no one can replace the man and friend that Jeff was, Jake is honored to continue his legacy by joining the Cohen and Clinton Group.

Originally from Jupiter, FL, Jake now resides in Stuart, FL. In his free time, he enjoys chasing his first hole-in-one on the golf course and spending time at the beach with his wife, daughter, and their golden retriever, Nash.

Jena currently holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 securities licenses with Baird. In addition, she is licensed with the state of Florida in both life and health insurance.
